Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern subscription to Catalogue DZ's paid plans and the ordering of printed supports.

They supplement the terms of use.

2. Plans and prices

Plans and their prices are those shown on the pricing page (/pricing), in Algerian dinars, tax included. The yearly rate is worth ten months: two are free.

The pricing page is authoritative; the amounts there are read from a single source and duplicated nowhere else.

3. Free trial

Sign-up opens a thirty-day trial, no card required. At its end the catalogue is paused and nothing is deleted; activating a licence restores everything unchanged.

4. Order and activation

A licence is activated with our team, by WhatsApp or e-mail. An invoice is issued for each payment.

Activation takes effect on receipt of payment.

5. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer, CCP or cash against a receipt. There is no automatic debit: each renewal is a voluntary payment.

On non-payment at term, the account switches to pause, with no deletion of data.

6. Term and renewal

A licence is taken out for the chosen term and does not renew automatically. A reminder is sent five days before expiry.

An extension lengthens the current period without altering the record of payments already logged.

7. Withdrawal and refund

A first payment may be refunded within fourteen days if the service has not been substantially used. Beyond that, a pro-rata refund remains possible at our discretion.

Printed supports already produced are non-refundable.

8. Price changes

We may change prices; a change is announced at least thirty days in advance. A period already paid for is never affected by an increase.

9. Referral programme

The commission rate is the one shown on the programmes page (/partners), currently 20% of every payment actually collected from a referred merchant, for as long as it stays subscribed.

Attribution is fixed when the referred account signs up and is never changed. An account cannot refer itself. A commission is cancelled if the payment that generated it is refunded.

Commissions are paid on request, by transfer or as a credit against your own licence.

10. Distributors

Resellers and distributors are subject to the same commission rules, supplemented where applicable by volume terms and a distributor margin set out in a separate contract.

11. Printed supports

Plates, table stands and NFC supports are sold at the price shown on the pricing page, as a firm sale. Production times are indicative.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law; any dispute falls to the competent courts of Oran, failing an amicable settlement.
